The anger in which you feel like punching someone's face needs to be preserved....channelized... and finally used for the same purpose but in a harder...stronger and dignified way!!

Ironically I am posting this on a Good Friday. 
I am but just a human after all.

Certainly anger arouses a lot of energy in oneself. A productive way to channelize is to go on a long run or a cycle ride! its a tried and tested suggestion. Well unlike me you don't really need the exercise :P
